CAN is the Coordinated Assistance Network and is used after disaster to track multi-agency assistance to clients and community resources (among other great things).
Its critical that you become familiar with CAN and also register your agency and yourself as a user.
Go to www.can.org and get started. You can register your agency as well as take online training.
