Is your agency prepared?
Here are a few things to think about:
1. Have a Disaster Response Plan that outlines your essential mission/activities during a disaster and how to get it done.
2. Have a Communications Plan to keep all stake holders (staff, volunteers, clients, donors) informed.
3. Have a COOP (Continuity of Operations Plan) in case your agency business is disrupted or displaced.
4. Help your agency staff and clients be prepared by creating a culture of personal preparedness.
